Excel Files:
Again, I have had previous experience with Miscrosoft Excel, so the assignments were not particularly hard to create. Since Excel shares the same formatting options as other Microsoft programs, I was able to recreate some of the same things in MS Excel, as in MS Word. In my opinion, Excel works great for compiling data and creating reports, like with progress reports or budgeting. But personally, I prefer to type lesson plans in MS Word because it allows for more word processing features and is much more user friendly, when compared with Excel. Additionally, if a person has MS Publisher, I would recommend creating a seating chart in Publisher, because the same formatting and drawing tools are available along with a greater ease of use.
